Data deletion.
You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. Here is how.
1. How to request deletion
Email hello@designkompanie.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address your data is associated with. No account or login is required — enquiries and commissions with us happen by email.
2. What we delete
On request we delete your contact details, correspondence, and any project materials you sent us (manuscripts, photos, briefs), except where we are legally required to retain records — for example, invoices under Swiss commercial law. Anything we must retain is kept only for the legally required period and only for that purpose.
3. Social media apps
Our publishing tools connected to platforms such as Facebook access only our own studio pages and store no data about you. If you have interacted with our social media pages, your data there is held by the platform itself and can be managed through your account settings on that platform.
4. Timing and confirmation
We confirm every deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, and tell you exactly what was deleted and whether anything had to be retained for legal reasons. See also our privacy policy.
