A studio service
Pitch deck review the objections before investors raise them..
Most decks that fail do not fail on design. They fail because a claim is unevidenced, the order is wrong, or the company is not named plainly until slide eight. A review finds those before an investor does.

N° 01What we look for
Four passes over the same deck.
01
Narrative order
Does the deck earn each slide? A market-size slide before anyone understands the product is wasted. We check whether an investor reading in sequence can answer 'what is this, who needs it, why now, why you' by the time the ask arrives.
02
Claim against evidence
Every claim on every slide gets one question: what proves this? 'Massive market' with a top-down TAM proves nothing. 'Strong traction' with a cumulative-signups chart proves nothing. We mark the claims that will not survive a partner meeting.
03
Numbers that will be checked
Investors verify the market slide and the unit economics. We flag TAM built by multiplying population by price, growth charts with a non-zero axis, and metrics defined loosely enough that they cannot be reproduced in diligence.
04
Design in service of the argument
Last, not first. Hierarchy, chart honesty, and legibility at the size decks are actually read — a laptop screen in a shared window, not a projector. A slide that needs to be zoomed has already lost.
N° 02What you get back
Specific fixes, ranked by what moves the meeting.
01
Slide-by-slide notes
Each slide gets the problem, why it matters to an investor, and the concrete fix. Not 'this feels cluttered' but 'this slide makes three claims and evidences none — cut to the retention claim and show the cohort table'.
02
A ranked priority list
Most decks have twenty issues and time to fix five. We tell you which five. Usually one narrative fix outranks every design note combined.
03
An honest verdict on scope
If the deck needs a rebuild rather than edits, we will say so — and if it mostly works and you should stop fiddling and send it, we will say that too. Founders lose more raises to over-polishing than to imperfect decks.
Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What is a pitch deck review?
- A structured critique of an existing deck — narrative, evidence and design — returned as a slide-by-slide list of specific problems with fixes ranked by impact.
- How is a review different from a redesign?
- A review tells you what is wrong and what to do; you act on it. A redesign is us doing it. If your deck is not producing meetings, you probably need the rebuild.
- Why is my pitch deck not getting meetings?
- Rarely the visual design. Usually: the problem slide describes a situation not a pain; traction shows activity not demand; or the deck never plainly says what the company does until slide eight.
- Who should review my deck?
- Someone who has seen many decks at your stage and is not invested in your success. Ask for specific objections, not a score.
- Before or after design?
- Before. Reviewing a finished deck means every structural fix costs a redesign.
- What do you actually look at?
- Narrative order, claim-versus-evidence, whether the numbers survive diligence, pacing and slide count, and last of all the design.

Send us the deck.
We will tell you what an investor will stop on, and whether it needs edits or a rebuild.
