A studio service

Ads built for the trade, not for the template.

Facebook and Instagram ad creative for home service companies — seasonal angles that follow the calendar your phone actually follows, vertical video that survives a muted scroll, and copy written alongside the image rather than after it. We design the ads. You, or whoever runs your account, run them.

From $500 a month

Sample Meta ad built for a roofing company - generated sample, not a client campaign

By trade

Eight trades, eight calendars.

A furnace ad in July and a mosquito ad in January are the same mistake. Each page below is written around one trade’s season, its before-and-after, and the proof its buyers actually check.

Sample creative, made to show the work. The technicians are generated and the jobs never happened — which is why none of this is presented as a case study or a client result.

N° 01The gap

Everyone sells management. Nobody brings the ads.

Agency pricing research puts it plainly: creative production is the biggest hidden cost in a management quote, because most quotes assume the client is supplying the creative. Then nobody does, and the campaign runs on a stock photo and a phone number.

01

We don't touch your account

No account access, no control of your budget, no percentage of spend. You get finished ads and the source files, and you keep every bit of the account.

02

Whoever runs it, runs it

In-house, your agency, or you. We are the creative layer underneath, and working through an agency white-label is a normal arrangement rather than a conflict.

03

Priced as creative, not as a percentage

A flat fee for a known set of assets. Ad spend is yours and stays yours, which also means our incentive is the work rather than your budget going up.

04

Built to be swapped

Local audiences are small, so creative fatigues fast. The monthly package exists so there is always something new to test before performance falls off, rather than after.

N° 02What performs

What actually works in the trades.

01

Vertical video with a real person

UGC-style 9:16 with the owner or lead tech beats produced 16:9 by two to four times on click-through in this category. Shoot it on a phone; we handle the cut, the captions and the framing.

02

Before and after, from one camera position

The corroded tank beside the new tankless unit. The old roof and the finished one. It is the most reliable format in the trades and the most consistently wasted.

03

Planned work, not emergencies

Someone with a burst pipe is typing into Google, not scrolling Instagram. Meta earns its keep on replacement work with a predictable failure timeline — which is also where the margin is.

04

Legible with the sound off

Captions burned in, the offer readable in the first frame, nothing important carried by audio.

05

Local proof over stock

Your trucks, your team, your installs, your city named on the creative. Stock imagery reads as a national lead-reseller, and homeowners in these categories have learned to spot that.

06

One offer per ad

Tune-ups and replacements and financing in a single graphic is three ads fighting each other. Split them and let the account decide which one the audience wants.

N° 03Investment

Every placement included. Ad spend is yours and stays yours.

4 ads a month

$500/mo

A deliberate entry rung. Enough to run one offer properly and keep it fresh, without committing to a programme before anything is proven.

  • 4 ads a month, every placement
  • Feed (1:1 and 4:5) and Stories/Reels (9:16)
  • Headline and primary-text variants for each
  • One seasonal angle at a time
  • Editable source files
  • Ad spend stays yours

8 ads a month

$850/mo

Enough creative to test two angles at once and swap before fatigue — which is the usual reason a working campaign quietly stops working.

  • 8 ads a month, every placement
  • Two angles running concurrently
  • Seasonal set refreshed each quarter
  • Copy variants for every ad
  • Creative swapped before fatigue, not after
  • Editable source files

12 ads a month

$1,200/mo

A full programme: enough volume that the account always has something new to test, across several offers and the whole calendar.

  • 12 ads a month, every placement
  • Multiple angles and offers
  • Full seasonal calendar covered
  • Copy variants for every ad
  • Per-location versioning available
  • Editable source files

So there's no confusion about what arrives.

What you get

  • Finished image files, ready to upload — you don't need Photoshop or a designer
  • Every size: square and portrait for the feed, vertical for Stories and Reels
  • The words too — headline, body text and button label written for each ad
  • Editable source files, so anything here can be changed later by anyone
  • A new set each month, so the same picture isn't running for a year

What we don’t do

  • We don't run your ads or touch your Ads Manager
  • We don't take a cut of your ad budget — you pay Meta directly, as you do now
  • We don't post to your page or reply to comments
  • No contract or lock-in; stop whenever the work stops being useful

If what you actually need is someone to run the account and reply to messages, that's a social media manager, not this. We'll say so rather than sell you the wrong thing.

N° 04Questions

The answers we give most often.

Can we do feed only, without Stories and Reels?
Yes, at about 20% less — the vertical 9:16 is a separate layout with its own safe zones rather than the square resized, so it is genuinely extra work. We would talk you out of it for the visual trades though: landscaping, roofing and remodelling before-and-afters travel further in Reels than anywhere else in Meta.
Can we buy one set rather than a monthly package?
Yes — a one-off launch set of 6 ads is $600, sized for every placement, with no commitment. It is the right first step if you have never run paid creative before. Most people move to monthly once they see how fast a small local audience tires of the same image.
Why is this more than a social media package?
Because it is a different product. Around $750 a month for twelve posts across two platforms is the going rate for organic social — a photo and a caption, posted on a schedule. These are advertising assets: built to be tested against each other, sized per placement, written headline-first, and swapped before fatigue rather than after. Published benchmarks put ad creative at $100–300 an asset; we sit at the bottom of that.
Do you manage the campaigns?
No. We design the ads and write the copy; you or your agency run the account and control the spend. We would rather say that on the first screen than discover it halfway through a call — most of this market sells management, so it is a fair assumption to make about us until we correct it.
Facebook or Instagram — which should we run?
Both, and not as separate purchases. A single Meta campaign distributes across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and Audience Network, and forcing Instagram-only usually raises cost per lead for local lead generation. Every ad we deliver is sized for all placements. Landscaping and the visual trades genuinely get more out of Instagram, but that is a placement outcome, not a different product.
Which trades do you cover?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar, roofing, garage doors, landscaping and pest control today. The approach transfers to any home service with a seasonal calendar and a visible before-and-after — ask if yours is not listed.
We're an agency. Can you white-label this?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons this exists. If your retainer quietly assumed the client would supply creative, this is the part that fills the gap, under your brand.
What if we have no photos?
We will tell you exactly what to take, and a phone is genuinely fine — in this category it often outperforms a produced shoot. What we will not do is build a campaign on stock imagery and call it local proof.
Do you build the landing page too?
Yes, separately. Most trade ads point at a homepage that was never built to convert a paid click, which wastes the ad. See landing page design if the page is the weak link rather than the creative.

Need ads that aren't a stock photo?

Tell us the trade, the offer and the service area. We'll come back with the angles we'd build and a fixed quote — and if what you actually need is someone to manage the account, we'll say so.
