A studio service
Google and Microsoft Ads, run through the API.
Search campaigns with an ad group for every provider, location, and service — and a copy test running in every one of them. One sheet becomes 3,000 ad groups; the API keeps them honest. Flat management fees, media on your own card, and a log of every change.

N° 01Our angle
We run the account through the API. That changes what's affordable.
Most paid-search management is someone clicking around the web interface. That caps how granular an account can be: nobody hand-maintains three hundred ad groups with rotating copy tests, so the structure gets collapsed and the platform's automation is asked to fill in the gaps.
We generate structure from a sheet — one row per provider, location, service, or product — and push it through the Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising APIs. Ad groups, keywords, negatives, copy variants, and location assets are created and updated programmatically, ad tests evaluate on a schedule with a minimum sample, and every change is logged. The human time goes into reading results and writing better copy.
N° 02How we work
Setup, calibrate, then keep testing.
01
Setup
Conversion tracking first — calls, forms, bookings — then the entity sheet, keyword research, and the first build pushed through the API. Two weeks, fixed price.
02
Calibrate
Weeks three to six: search-term mining and negatives, bid floors, first ad tests reaching sample size, budgets moved to where the cost per lead is lowest.
03
Keep testing
Weekly negatives, scheduled copy evaluation, monthly budget reallocation, and a report with a call. New entity on your side? It's a row in the sheet, not a rebuild.
N° 03Scope
What a package is, and what it is not.
A package is the list on its card: the networks, the number of offices and providers or product lines, the number of ad groups, the hours of change requests, the reports, the response time. Every one of those has a cap printed on the card, and every card also says what is not inside it.
It is not a retainer for the whole studio. Landing pages, photography, social, review management, phone answering, and anything else not on the card are separate work with a separate price, quoted before it starts. If it is not written on the card, it is not in the package.
01
Caps are printed
Offices, providers, ad groups, change hours, pages per quarter. Past the cap, the extra is priced on the card or quoted first, never absorbed quietly.
02
Exclusions are printed
Each card lists what it does not contain, starting with ad spend, which is always billed by the platform to your own card.
03
Terms are the same on every page
Month-to-month, 30 days' notice, you own the account and the data, no guaranteed lead counts. Read once, applies everywhere.
N° 04Honest expectations
Flat fee. Your card. No guaranteed leads.
Our fee is flat and quoted against account size, never a percentage of spend, so we have no reason to push your budget up. Media is billed by Google and Microsoft to your own payment method and is visible to you at all times.
Nobody can guarantee a cost per lead before the auction has been run, and in regulated markets the platforms forbid the claim anyway. What we commit to is the work — structure, tracking, tests, reporting — and a straight answer within 60 days on whether paid search is earning its keep for you.
What we do
SEO, from the ground up.
Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What does managing through the API mean in practice?
- The account is the same Google Ads or Microsoft Ads account you'd see in the normal interface, and you own it. The difference is how we build and maintain it: structure is generated from a sheet and pushed programmatically, ad tests are created and evaluated by scheduled jobs with a minimum sample, and every change is logged. It lets us keep an account far more granular than anyone maintains by hand.
- Is ad spend included in the price?
- Never. The platforms bill media to your card; we invoice a flat management fee. You can see exactly what was spent on ads in your own billing at any time.
- Do you also design the landing pages?
- Yes — we're a design and development studio first. Where the click needs a page that doesn't exist yet, we build it, and the medical full-practice tier includes provider and service pages. Tracking is installed by us either way.
- Google or Microsoft first?
- Google, almost always, because that's where the volume is. Microsoft is the second network: roughly a fifth to a third of the volume at a lower cost per click and an older, higher-income audience. For most local businesses it's worth adding once Google is calibrated.
- Do you do Meta or social ads?
- We design Meta ad creative for the trades as a separate line, but this cluster is paid search only. If your leads live on Meta rather than in search, we'll tell you.
- How is PPC priced?
- Setup is a one-off fixed price. Management is a flat monthly fee scoped to account size — number of locations, entities, and networks. Every engagement is quoted up front; you always know the number before we start.
