SaaS MVP development

Launch your SaaS in 8 weeks, not 8 months.

Stop burning runway on bloated agency retainers. We design, architect, and ship production SaaS MVPs on a fixed 8-week schedule with Stripe billing, multi-tenant databases, and complete IP ownership.

N° 01Scope discipline

The 8-week constraint. Launch, don't linger

Most software MVPs fail before launch not because the engineering is bad, but because the scope expands uncontrollably. Every added feature delays user contact by another month, burning runway while teaching you nothing about actual willingness to pay.

We build MVPs on an unyielding eight-week timeline. Week one nails the data schema and core user job; weeks two through six build the functional core, Stripe billing, and authentication; week seven conducts penetration testing, staging QA, and billing audits; week eight deploys to production. You launch on a predictable date with a battle-tested product.

N° 02Production-ready core

No throwaway code. Built to scale

01

Multi-Tenant PostgreSQL

Row-level tenant isolation enforced at the database layer via PostgreSQL RLS or schema segregation. Clean data boundaries prevent customer data leakage from day one.

02

Stripe Billing & Subscriptions

Complete subscription lifecycle: plan tiers, free trial handling, seat-based or usage-based billing, customer billing portal, webhooks, and automated dunning.

03

Modern Auth & RBAC

Secure session management, OAuth (Google, GitHub, Microsoft), magic links, and role-based permissions designed to grow smoothly into enterprise SAML SSO.

04

Admin & Operations Console

An operator dashboard built alongside the customer app. User management, plan overrides, usage monitoring, and impersonation tooling so you never need an engineer to solve a customer ticket.

N° 03Ownership & transparency

100% code ownership. Zero lock-in

You own every single line of code, schema migration, and design file from day one. Everything lives in your GitHub repository and deploys directly to your Vercel and Supabase or AWS accounts.

We write strictly typed TypeScript, modular React components, and documented SQL migrations. When you are ready to hire internal engineers or take an institutional funding round, due diligence passes without friction.

N° 04Post-launch warranty

30-day warranty. Complete peace of mind

Software delivery should not end with a pull request merge. Every MVP includes thirty days of dedicated post-launch defect warranty and live monitoring.

If an unexpected edge case, third-party webhook failure, or browser regression occurs in the first month of real customer traffic, we patch and deploy the fix immediately at zero additional charge.

Logistics · multi-tenant SaaS

A multi-tenant logistics platform we designed, built and operate. Role-aware dashboards for shippers, carriers, drivers and platform admins, a no-install driver app with live GPS and digital bills of lading, Stripe billing with Connect payouts on a double-entry ledger, and an admin console for compliance and reporting.

Its multi-carrier shipping module — live rate comparison across six Canadian and U.S. carriers, a private markup engine that keeps carrier cost off the customer's screen, wallet billing, and cross-border customs documents — is fully clickable in the product demo.

What we built

  • Multi-tenant PostgreSQL with tenant-scoped access control enforced on every endpoint
  • Role-based permissions across six roles, from platform admin down to driver
  • Stripe billing and Connect payouts recorded against a double-entry ledger
  • Background job worker for documents, notifications and webhook retries
  • Server-rendered PDFs — bills of lading, shipping labels, commercial invoices
  • Tokenised public tracking pages that need no login
  • Unit and end-to-end suites running in CI on every commit

LaycanDesk

Maritime · AI chartering desk

An AI chartering desk for small dry-cargo broking and operating shops. It reads every cargo circular and open-tonnage email that lands in the inbox, turns it into a structured market board, matches each stem against the ships in the shop's own book, prices the voyage on a deterministic TCE estimator, screens the counterparty and vessel, and drafts the offer, in about ninety seconds, before the enquiry goes cold.

The big platforms show brokers the market. LaycanDesk answers it, privately: it is a desk, not a marketplace, and nothing a shop forwards is ever shared with another company. Set-up is one email forwarding rule. A live demo runs on an anonymised steel-billets case with fictional ships.

What we built

  • Email ingestion through Cloudflare Email Routing into a signed ingest endpoint
  • LLM extraction with structured output, a cheap first pass escalating to a stronger model below a confidence threshold
  • Corrections stored as tomorrow's evaluation set, so extraction improves on the shop's own mail
  • Matching engine that ranks the book's vessels against each stem on position, dates, size and gear
  • Deterministic voyage estimator, TCE, laytime and bunkers, unit-tested against hand-worked vouchers
  • Counterparty and vessel screening with sanctions and AIS checks surfaced on the desk
  • Multi-tenant Postgres with row-level security forced on every tenant table

Questions

The answers we give most often.

How long does a SaaS MVP build actually take?
Eight to ten weeks from signed proposal to production launch. Week 1 is architecture, data modeling, and UX flows; weeks 2–6 are sprint engineering; week 7 is end-to-end testing, security hardening, and billing dry runs; week 8 is production DNS cutover and onboarding live alpha users.
What is included in the fixed MVP price?
The full stack: discovery & data architecture, UX/UI design in Figma, production TypeScript/Next.js frontend, backend API and database schemas, Stripe Billing integration, authentication with email and social logins, an operator admin panel, automated transactional emails (Resend), and 30 days of post-launch defect warranty.
How much does a SaaS MVP cost?
Our fixed-scope SaaS MVP starts at $24,000 for focused, single-workflow products with subscription billing. More complex products with multi-role workflows or AI/LLM pipelines start at $32,000. Every proposal has a fixed ceiling: no hourly billing surprises.
Do I own the intellectual property and code?
Yes, 100%. All code is committed directly to your private GitHub repository under a clean commercial IP assignment. You own the code, database schemas, brand assets, and deployment pipelines.
What technology stack do you use?
Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Actions, React 19), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL (via Supabase or Neon), Prisma or Drizzle ORM, Stripe Billing, and Vercel edge infrastructure. It is the most robust, talent-abundant stack in modern software.
Can you handle AI/LLM integration in the MVP?
Yes. We build production LLM pipelines using Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and pgvector embeddings with streaming responses, background queue retries, and strict token cost controls.
How do we get started?
