- I sell on Shopify only — do I need all five files?
- Not at launch. Mark tier covers the digital essentials. Most brands upgrade to Identity when they place their first physical order.
- Can you design the hangtags too?
- Yes — included in System, or add-on otherwise.
- What if I want a more punk / streetwear feel?
- Tell us your reference brands. We have done everything from refined Aimé Leon Dore to rougher Online Ceramics-tier.
- Do you handle trademark clearance?
- No — we're not a law firm. For USPTO, EUIPO or any formal filing you'll want a trademark attorney. We can recommend ones we've worked alongside.
