Permitted use

The card maker is intended for creating personalised greeting cards for personal and professional gifting — birthdays, anniversaries, Eid, graduations, and similar occasions.

Prohibited content

You must not use this service to generate:

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Content that depicts or glorifies violence
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, or threatening toward real individuals
• Content that infringes third-party copyright or trademarks
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Spam or mass unsolicited messaging

Cultural and religious design filtering

For occasions such as Eid and Ramadan, our system automatically generates designs free of human figures, animals, and alcohol — consistent with Islamic artistic tradition. This filtering is applied automatically and cannot be disabled for those occasions.

Photo uploads

You may only upload photos of yourself or people who have given explicit consent to have their likeness used for card generation. Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities, or third parties without their permission.

Enforcement

We use automated content moderation on all uploaded photos. Violations may result in order cancellation without refund and account suspension. To report misuse: hello@designkompanie.com
