A studio service

Business holiday cards that don't look bought in a box.

A corporate card with the client's name on it, your logo designed into the artwork rather than stamped on top, and a line that doesn't read like it went to nine hundred other people. That card stays on a desk through January. The generic one is recycled the day it arrives.

Personalisation

Every detail, yours to choose.

Your logo, designed in

Not dropped in a corner — built into the composition so the card looks designed rather than branded after the fact.

Each client by name

Recipient name and company personalized per card from a CSV. One design, a thousand individual cards.

A message per segment

Different lines for clients, suppliers and staff, or per account manager, from the same design.

Multiple languages

English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu — swapped per recipient on an international list.

Christmas or neutral holiday

Two versions of one design, split across your list, so nobody receives the wrong greeting.

Printed and posted for you

White-label print and mail from your address list. Nothing on the card or envelope mentions us.

Why corporate cards fail

The problem is rarely the design — it's that it says nothing

Most business holiday cards are indistinguishable from each other. Same stock scene, same 'Season's Greetings from all of us', no name, no reason to keep it. The fix is not a prettier card; it is a card that is visibly for one person.

01

No recipient name

'Dear Valued Client' is worse than nothing — it announces that a list was mailed. A name is the cheapest personalization there is and the one people notice first.

02

A logo pasted on top

A stock illustration with a logo in the corner reads as a template with a sticker. Designing the mark into the artwork costs one round and changes the whole impression.

03

Sent too late to land

A card arriving on 23 December joins a pile. One arriving in the first week of December sits on the desk for a month.

Card styles

Six styles, one brief.

Minimal logo-led

Minimal logo-led

Clean space, your mark, one typeset line. Reads as confident rather than festive.

Corporate botanical

Corporate botanical

Warm winter greenery in your brand colours — humanises a company without going cute.

Geometric gold

Geometric gold

Architectural line-work. Works for finance, law and professional services where a snowman does not.

Watercolor premium

Watercolor premium

Painted header pulled from your palette — premium without being showy.

Modern typographic

Modern typographic

The greeting as the whole design. Strong for B2B where restraint is the brand.

Illustrated scene

Illustrated scene

Your office, your city, the venue you host at — the card people keep because it is specifically yours.

How the bulk run works

One design, a thousand individual cards

You approve a single design. We take your recipient list as a CSV — name, company, and any line you want varied — and generate one card per row. Every card is visually identical and individually addressed, which is exactly what a corporate list needs and what a template cannot do.

01

Proof first, always

Four design directions, then one chosen and refined. Nothing goes to the full list until the single card is right.

02

Your list stays yours

The CSV is used to generate the run and nothing else. We do not market to your clients, and we do not keep the list afterwards.

03

Digital, print-ready, or posted

Take the files and handle it internally, take a print-ready PDF with bleed for your own printer, or hand the whole thing to us.

Timing

Start in October, not in December

Corporate card work compresses into a few weeks and everyone hits the same deadline. To post in the first week of December: design proof by mid-October, recipient list finalised by early November, print run mid-November. Later is possible and costs more, mostly in postage and stress.

Investment

Fixed price. No surprises.

Single proof $9.99. Bulk CSV: $1.99/card (25–99), $1.49/card (100+). White-label print and mail from $3.50/card all-in, including design, printing and postage.

  • Logo integration and brand colour matching
  • Four design directions on the first proof
  • Christmas and neutral-holiday versions of the same design
  • CSV bulk personalization, delivered 24 hours after proof approval
  • Print-ready PDF with bleed for your own printer
  • Optional white-label print, address and mail service

Questions

The answers we give most often.

Can every card have a different client name?

Yes. Upload a CSV with recipient name, company, and any custom line you want varied. We generate one card per row from a single approved design, so a thousand cards stay visually identical and individually addressed.

Can you use our logo and brand colours?

Yes. Logo placement, brand palette and your typeface if it is licensed for it — otherwise we choose one that sits correctly inside your brand. Send the brand guide and we work inside it.

Should it say Christmas or Happy Holidays?

Your call, and it is worth making deliberately. 'Happy Holidays' is safer across a mixed international client list; 'Merry Christmas' is warmer where you know the recipient celebrates it. We can also split one list into both versions from the same design.

When do we need to start?

Working backwards from posting in the first week of December: design proof by mid-October, list finalised by early November. Corporate card work concentrates into a few weeks, and late starts get expensive rather than impossible.

Do you print and mail them for us?

Yes — white-label, with no mention of us on the card or the envelope. You send the approved design and a recipient list with addresses; we print, stuff, stamp and post from a UK/EU or US dispatch point.

What is the minimum order?

None. A single proof starts at $9.99. Bulk pricing begins at 25 cards, which is where most company lists start.

Can cards go out in more than one language?

Yes, and it matters on international lists. English, German, French, Spanish, Arabic and Urdu — one design, the greeting swapped per recipient from the same CSV.
