A studio service

A Bing Ads audit for accounts nobody has checked since the import.

Most Microsoft Ads accounts were imported from Google once and left alone. Since then the import has kept running, Microsoft's looser matching has spent on searches Google would never show you for, and nobody has checked whether UET is counting anything. A Bing Ads audit reads the last 90 days through the Microsoft Advertising API and gives you a fix list in priority order, at a fixed price.

N° 01What we check

The problems that only exist on Microsoft.

Microsoft accounts have their own failure pattern. The Google import copies structure but not judgement, overwrites changes on a schedule, and does not always carry negatives. Matching is looser, so the same keyword triggers on a wider set of searches. We check for exactly that, with read-only access so nothing changes during the audit.

The result is a written report with a fix list ranked by money wasted, each item marked with who can fix it.

01

Import drift

Whether a scheduled Google import is overwriting changes, duplicating campaigns or dropping negatives.

02

Search-term waste

Every search that cost a click in the last 90 days, classified, with the spend on waste and the negatives that would stop it.

03

Matching and structure

Keywords matching far wider than intended, and ad groups built for Google's matching that do not suit Microsoft's.

04

UET and conversions

Whether the UET tag fires, which goals count, and whether automated bidding is learning from real leads.

05

Bidding, budgets and placements

Bid strategy against conversion volume, budget-capped campaigns, and spend on partner sites and Copilot placements.

06

Ads and assets

Ad counts per ad group, whether they are tested, and missing call, sitelink and location assets.

Investment

Clear scope. Clear price.

Flat management fees, quoted against account size — never a share of spend. Media is billed by the platform to your own card, so the number you see is the whole number.

How every package works

  1. One audit covers one ad account, or one of each on the combined audit.
  2. We work with read-only access during the audit. Nothing in your account changes unless you buy the fix sprint.
  3. The caps on each card are the scope. Larger accounts are quoted before we start.
  4. Delivery runs from the day access is granted, not from payment.
  5. You own the report. Use it with your own team, your current agency or us.
  6. In a fix sprint we change only items on the fix list, and every change goes in a log you receive.
  7. The audit fee is credited against the setup fee if you move to a monthly management plan within 30 days.
  8. Nothing here guarantees savings or results. We show where the money went and what would stop the waste.
  9. Anything not written on the card is not in the package. Ask before you buy; the answer is the same afterwards.

Questions

The answers we give most often.

Why audit Bing separately from Google?
Because it fails differently. The problems that cost money on Microsoft, import drift, looser matching and partner-site spend, do not show up in a Google audit.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to the Microsoft Advertising account. Nothing changes during the audit.
Should we just turn Bing off?
Sometimes, and the audit will say so. For many businesses, especially those whose customers are older or search on desktops, a cleaned-up Bing account turns out to be the cheapest leads they have.
Is the fee credited if we hire you?
Yes, against the setup fee, if you move to a monthly management plan within 30 days.
