A studio service
The page the click lands on decides the cost per patient.
Most practice websites have a homepage, a provider list, and a services page that is one long paragraph. Paid search needs a page per question: this doctor, this service, this insurance, this office. We design and build those pages, wire the static tracking numbers and form events, and keep them free of anything that would collect health information through an ad.

N° 01What gets built
Four page types, one pattern.
Every page answers the query in the first screen: who or what, where, whether you take their insurance, and a call button. Then the proof: credentials, hours, parking, what happens at the first visit. Then the form, which asks for a name and a number and nothing else.
Pages are built on the practice's existing site where possible, so they inherit the domain and the trust. Where the CMS cannot do it cleanly, we build a fast standalone set on a subdomain and link it back.
01
Provider pages
Photo, credentials, conditions treated, the office they sit at, and a call button above the fold. Most practices have these already; we tighten them for paid traffic.
02
Service pages
Endocrinology, physicals, same-day sick visits, menopause care, screenings: one page each, written to the search intent, with the provider who does it.
03
Insurance pages
'Primary care that takes Medicare' is its own search. A page per major plan that says yes in the headline and lists the offices that accept it.
04
Office pages
One per location with the building, the cross-street, the parking, the hours, the providers there, and a map that opens navigation.
05
Tracking that holds
A static tracking number per campaign, form-submit events, and a thank-you page that fires the conversion. No session-linked dynamic insertion, no pixels on condition content.
06
Speed and accessibility
Pages that load in under two seconds on a phone and read with a screen reader, because Quality Score and older patients both reward it.
Investment
Clear scope. Clear price.
Flat management fees, quoted against account size — never a share of spend. Media is billed by the platform to your own card, so the number you see is the whole number.

Page counts drive scope. A five-office practice with eight service lines is a larger set than a single clinic; we quote against the ad groups that need a page.
How every package works
- One package covers one business and one ad account per network. A second brand or a second account is a second package.
- Ad spend is never inside the fee. Google and Microsoft bill your card directly; you can see it in your own billing at any time.
- The caps on each card are the scope. Going past a cap (more offices, providers, ad groups, hours, pages) is priced on the card or quoted before we do it; it is never silently absorbed.
- Structure-change hours cover requests you send us: new offers, new services, budget shifts, pauses. Routine optimisation we do on our own cadence does not count against them.
- Response time is for replies and pauses. New campaign builds and page work run on the delivery times shown, not on the response time.
- Month-to-month, 30 days' written notice either way. No setup fee is refunded once the build is delivered.
- You own the account, the data, and everything we build in it. We hold manager access and remove it on the last day.
- We do not answer your phones, book appointments, manage reviews, run social media, or write blog content. If you need those, we can point you to someone who does.
- Nothing here guarantees a number of leads, patients, or a cost per lead. What we guarantee is the work on the card, on the schedule on the card.
- Compliance: search-only, no remarketing, no health information collected in ad-linked forms. If you ask us to add remarketing or symptom fields, we will decline and say why.
- Anything not written on the card is not in the package. If you are unsure whether something is included, ask before you buy; the answer is the same afterwards.
Questions
The answers we give most often.
- Can't the ads just go to our homepage?
- They can, and the cost per patient will be roughly double. A searcher who typed 'endocrinologist frisco' and lands on a homepage about internal medicine in Plano has to work to find what they came for, and most will not.
- What about HIPAA on the forms?
- The forms ask for a name and a phone number, and optionally a preferred office. No symptoms, no conditions, no insurance ID. Anything that would be protected health information is collected on the phone or in the portal, never through an ad-linked form.
- Do you build on our existing website?
- Where the CMS allows a clean page with our tracking, yes. Where it does not, we build a fast standalone set on a subdomain of your domain and link it into the main navigation.
- Do the pages help SEO too?
- Yes. A page per service and per insurance is exactly what the practice is missing organically; the same pages that lower paid cost per patient start ranking for the terms over the following months.
