A studio service
Proposal & bid document design that the approver actually reads.
The person who approves your proposal was usually not in the meeting. We design proposals and reusable proposal templates that put the recommendation, the scope and the price where an approver looks first, carry your brand, and let your team build the next one in an afternoon.

N° 01What proposals get wrong
Four ways a good offer loses on paper.
01
The summary is on page six
Approvers read the first page and the price. We design a one-page executive summary that could win the deal on its own.
02
Scope without edges
Unclear inclusions start disputes. We lay out deliverables and a clear not-included list the client can sign against.
03
A price with no context
A number alone invites a discount. We present options with what each includes, so the reader chooses how to say yes.
04
Rebuilt from scratch every time
Copy-pasted old proposals drift off-brand. A proper template keeps every proposal consistent and fast to make.
N° 02What we design
One proposal, or the system for all of them.
01
A single proposal
For a big pitch or tender: designed from your draft, ready to send.
02
A proposal template
Master pages for cover, summary, scope, timeline, case studies, pricing and terms, editable by your team.
03
A bid kit
Template plus a case-study library and a presentation version for the meeting.

N° 04Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What does proposal design include?
- A designed cover, executive summary, problem and solution pages, scope and deliverables with a not-included list, timeline, case studies, team, pricing options and terms, as a PDF and an editable source.
- How much does proposal design cost?
- Single Proposal $590, Proposal Template $1,200, Bid Kit $2,200. Copywriting from scratch, pricing strategy and tender compliance review are not included.
- Can my team edit the template?
- Yes. We deliver the template in Word or Google Docs for everyday use and in InDesign for larger bids, with instructions for each page.
- Do you write proposals?
- We edit and tighten your draft and write the three case studies in the Bid Kit. Writing each client proposal remains with your team, which is where the client knowledge sits.
- How long does it take?
- Five business days for a single proposal from your draft. Ten business days for a template, fifteen for the Bid Kit.
