A studio service
A custom sports storybook, where your child is the hero.
Turn your child's athletic triumph into an archival hardcover picture book. We illustrate from your photos: their real team jersey, uniform number, team colors, and home stadium or field. For Little League championships, first home runs, youth soccer tournaments, gymnastics recitals, and major league dreams.
Real jersey. Real number. Their real triumph.
N° 01Authenticity on the field
The details that make the memory real.
A generic sports book drops a name into a stock stadium with generic red or blue jerseys. It reads as a novelty rather than a memory.
We illustrate from the photographs you send: the exact team crest on the chest, the number on the back, the specific cleats, and the stadium or neighborhood diamond where the game actually happened.
Before illustrating page spreads, we build a character model sheet locking the child's likeness, hair, stance, and batting or kicking form so they stay unmistakably themselves on every page.
01
Team jersey & real uniform number
Accurate sleeve stripes, collar trims, team logos, and font styling drawn from your photos.
02
Home field & ballpark settings
Backgrounds inspired by your local park, youth stadium, or regional championship arena.
03
Action mechanics & stances
Whether a left-handed pitcher's delivery or a gymnast's dismount, body mechanics are captured accurately.
N° 02Production & binding
Casebound hardcovers, built to be kept for decades.
Standard print-on-demand marketplaces enforce a 75-page minimum for hardcovers, which forces low-page picture books into paperbacks or fills them with blank paper.
We produce our hardcover keepsakes on specialized short-run casebound presses: 2mm Davey board covers, rich matte or gloss lamination, and heavy 80# coated art paper that brings full-color illustrations to life.
Every project includes pre-flighted, 300 DPI CMYK press files, so you own the print masters in perpetuity.
01
Case laminate hardcover binding
Solid hardbound spine and durable covers engineered to withstand years of re-reading.
02
Vibrant full-bleed color
Files prepared with calibrated CMYK profiles that keep grass greens and team jerseys vivid in print.
03
Ready for any printer
Press-ready files with a printer recommendation, so you can order as many copies as the family needs.
N° 03Who commissions this
Gifts from parents, grandparents and coaches.
Most sports milestone books are commissioned for milestone birthdays, end-of-season banquets, high school senior graduations, or holiday keepsakes.
We work collaboratively with you: you provide the season's storyline, scoreline highlights, or memorable quotes, and our studio handles script pacing, panel composition, and lettering.

N° 05Questions
The answers we give most often.
- Can you draw my child in their actual team uniform?
- Yes. Send clear photos of their jersey, team badge, cap, and number. We match the exact team colours, striping, and typography so the book reflects their real season.
- What sports do you cover?
- Baseball, soccer, basketball, ice hockey, gymnastics, tennis, martial arts, swimming, and athletics. Any sport where a child or teen worked hard and experienced a moment worth keeping.
- Do you print the books?
- No. Every edition is delivered as full press-ready digital files, laid out for a casebound hardcover, and we recommend a printer for single copies.
- Can coaches or family members appear in the story?
- Absolutely. Parents, grandparents, coaches, teammates, and even family pets can be illustrated as recurring characters from reference photos.
- How long does production take?
- Typically 4 to 5 weeks from approved character sheet to print delivery. If you have a specific banquet or birthday date, let us know up front so we can schedule accordingly.
