A studio service

Sudoku books, graded and checked.

Sudoku lives on two promises: one solution per grid, and a difficulty label that means something. We design sudoku books where every grid is verified to have exactly one solution, levels follow a consistent rule, and the page is comfortable to write in.

A sudoku book open to two nine-by-nine grids with a few simple numerals filled in

N° 01What goes in the book

From first grids to expert.

01

Graded classic sudoku

Beginner to expert, with the level assigned by the solving techniques the grid needs rather than by the number of clues alone.

02

Kids' sudoku

Four-by-four and six-by-six grids, picture or shape versions for children who cannot yet write numbers.

03

Variants

Killer, diagonal (X), hyper, samurai and jigsaw sudoku for solvers who want something new.

04

Large-print layouts

One or two grids per page with big cells and clear numerals, laid out again for the format.

05

Technique pages

Short illustrated pages that teach the next solving step as the levels rise.

06

Solutions

Every solved grid at the back, numbered to match.

N° 02The part that goes wrong

Two answers, or none.

01

Grids with more than one solution

Every grid is checked by solving it completely before layout. A grid that admits two solutions is replaced.

02

Levels that do not mean anything

A book whose hard section is easier than its medium one earns a bad review. Levels follow one stated rule throughout.

03

Cells too small for pencil notes

Many solvers write candidate numbers in the corners. Cell size allows for it at print size.

04

Borrowed grids

Grids copied from apps or other books are a rights problem. Ours are generated and checked for your book.

N° 03How it runs

Plan first, artwork after.

01

1. Page plan

We agree the levels, how many grids at each, which variants to include and whether there is a large-print edition.

02

2. Sample pages

Two or three finished pages in the agreed look, so you approve the style and the difficulty before the rest is made.

03

3. Full interior

Every page produced to the plan, with answers or instructions where the format needs them, then one consolidated round of changes.

04

4. Cover and files

Cover design, front matter and print-ready files at your trim size, set to your printer's or platform's template.

N° 05Questions

The answers we give most often.

How do you check that a grid has one solution?
Each grid is solved completely before it is laid out. Only grids with exactly one solution go into the book, and the solved grid becomes the answer page.
How are difficulty levels decided?
By the solving techniques the grid needs, applied as one rule across the book, so the medium section is always easier than the hard one.
Can you make a children's sudoku book?
Yes. Smaller grids, and picture or shape versions for children who are not yet writing numbers, with difficulty pitched to the age band.
Can it be printed through Amazon KDP?
Yes. It is a black-and-white paperback and we set the files to KDP's template or your printer's. Large print usually means a bigger trim size.
Do I own the grids?
Yes, with full commercial rights and the source files.
