Mubarak or Kareem?
We include both salutations and let you choose
'Ramadan Mubarak' (Blessed Ramadan) is the most widely accepted greeting. 'Ramadan Kareem' (Generous Ramadan) is also widely used, though some scholars note a subtle theological difference. We offer both and you decide which to use — we never impose one over the other.

Questions
The answers we give most often.
Should the card say 'Ramadan Mubarak' or 'Ramadan Kareem'?
Both are used. 'Ramadan Mubarak' is more universally accepted. 'Ramadan Kareem' ('Generous Ramadan') is widely used too. Some scholars prefer Mubarak — we include both as options and you choose.
When should I order Ramadan cards?
Ramadan begins at the sighting of the new moon — the date varies yearly. Order at least a week before the expected start of Ramadan for digital cards.
Can the card be for the start of Ramadan and also for Eid at the end?
They're different cards with different salutations. A Ramadan card says 'Ramadan Mubarak' — an Eid card says 'Eid Mubarak'. We make both; see our Eid cards page.
Will there be figurative imagery?
No. Ramadan cards use lanterns, crescent moons, geometric patterns, and calligraphy only. No human or animal figures.
Can the card include a du'a or verse?
Yes — we include a Quranic verse in Arabic (with translation if requested) or a du'a for Ramadan.
Do you do bulk Ramadan cards for a masjid or Islamic school?
Yes — CSV upload for community greetings. 25+ recipients qualifies for bulk pricing.
