A studio service
Capabilities deck design that shows what you can do in ten minutes.
A capabilities deck, also called a credentials deck, answers one question for a prospective client: can this firm do the job? Most answer it with a list of services and a wall of logos. We design capabilities decks that lead with the problems you solve, back each claim with a case, and end with a clear next step, in a format your team can tailor for each prospect.

N° 01What capabilities decks get wrong
Four habits that lose the room.
01
Starting with your history
Founding year and office locations tell a prospect nothing about their problem. We open with what you solve and for whom.
02
A service list instead of a point of view
Every competitor lists the same services. We show how you work and what that changes for the client.
03
Logos with no story
A logo wall proves you were hired, not that it went well. Two short cases with outcomes are stronger than forty logos.
04
One deck for every prospect
A deck that cannot be tailored gets sent unchanged. We build swappable slides by sector and service so the right version goes out.
N° 02What we design
Ten to fifteen slides, in the order a buyer reads.
01
Who you help and how
The opening two or three slides: the problems you solve, your approach, and what makes it different.
02
Proof
Case studies with the situation, what you did and the result, plus client names where you are allowed to show them.
03
Team and next step
Who the client will work with, how an engagement starts, and one clear call to action.

N° 04Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What is a capabilities deck?
- A short presentation that shows a prospective client what your firm does, who it has done it for and how to start working together. It is also called a credentials deck or creds deck.
- How long should a capabilities deck be?
- Ten to fifteen slides for the version you present, and a shorter version of about six slides for email. Detail belongs in swappable appendix slides.
- How much does capabilities deck design cost?
- Capabilities Deck $690, Written Capabilities Deck $1,200, Capabilities Set $2,200. Copywriting on the first package, new photography and printing are not included.
- What is the difference between a capabilities deck and a capabilities statement?
- The deck is a presentation. The statement is a one-page document, common in government contracting. The Capabilities Set includes both.
- Can we edit it ourselves?
- Yes. You receive editable PowerPoint or Google Slides with slide masters, so your team can tailor it for each prospect.
- How long does it take?
- Five business days for the Capabilities Deck from final content, eight for the written version, twelve for the full set.
