A studio service

Custom visual schedules, drawn for your setting.

Generic picture cards rarely show your classroom, your clinic or a child's own routines. We design visual schedules, First / Then boards and picture card libraries illustrated in one clear, consistent style, matched to the places, people and activities they need to show, with print and laminate-ready files.

N° 01What we design

Supports that match the real day.

01

Picture card libraries

From 50 to several hundred cards in one illustration style, labelled and unlabelled, sized for your boards.

02

Your places and routines

Cards drawn from photos of your classroom, therapy room, ward or home, so the picture matches what the child sees.

03

Boards and strips

First / Then, Now / Next / Then, daily schedules, routine strips and All done boxes.

04

Choice and communication boards

Choice boards, feelings boards and core-word layouts from the vocabulary your team chooses.

05

Social story pages

Illustrated step-by-step stories for new situations, from text your team writes.

06

Print, laminate, reuse

Card sizes, cut lines and paper advice for laminating and hook-and-loop backing.

N° 02Who orders custom visual supports

Made with the people who use them.

01

Schools and SEN units

A shared card library across classrooms, matched to the school's spaces and timetable.

02

Clinics and therapists

Cards and boards for therapy rooms and home programmes, in your practice's style.

03

Hospitals

Cards for wards, procedures rooms and visits, alongside our children's hospital books.

04

Families

A set built around one child's home, school and favourite things.

N° 03A note on use

We design; your team decides.

Visual supports are widely used in autism education, and the people who know the child, their family, teachers and therapists, are the right ones to decide which supports to use and how. We work from your brief and your team's choices of vocabulary and routines.

We do not offer therapy or assessment, and we make no claims about outcomes.

N° 04How it runs

Plan first, pages after.

01

1. Page plan

We agree who will use the supports, the settings, the vocabulary list, the card sizes and the boards, and collect reference photos, then list every card.

02

2. Sample spreads

Two or three finished layouts in the agreed look, so you approve the style, the type size and the writing space before the rest is built.

03

3. Full build

Every page produced to the plan, dates generated and checked where the planner is dated, then one consolidated round of changes.

04

4. Files

Cover, print-ready PDFs set to your printer's template, editable source files and, where agreed, a hyperlinked digital edition.

N° 06Questions

The answers we give most often.

Can you draw cards from photos of our school?
Yes. Send reference photos of the spaces, objects and activities and they are drawn in the card style, without showing identifiable children.
Can we add cards later?
Yes. Every library comes with its style rules, and new cards are quoted per batch.
Do you also design social stories?
Yes, we illustrate and lay out social stories from text your team writes and approves.
Do we own the cards?
Yes, with full rights to print and use them across your setting or practice.
