1. Page plan
We agree the year groups, the term dates, the pages each edition needs, the size and the printer's specification, then list every page.

2. Sample spreads
Two or three finished layouts in the agreed look, so you approve the style, the type size and the writing space before the rest is built.

3. Full build
Every page produced to the plan, dates generated and checked where the planner is dated, then one consolidated round of changes.

4. Files
Cover, print-ready PDFs set to your printer's template, editable source files and, where agreed, a hyperlinked digital edition.

Page and layout counts above are caps. More layouts, extra editions, extra revision rounds or a second language are quoted in writing before we start them.

The answers we give most often.
- Do you print and deliver to the school?
- No. We deliver files set to your printer's specification; your printer quotes the bulk run and delivers.
- When should we start?
- Allow time for proofs and printing before the year begins. Tell us your print deadline and we will plan backwards from it.
- Can we update the planner each year?
- Yes. With the design in place, a new year is a smaller fixed job: new dates and any changed pages.
