A studio service
Mechanical rigs built for the browser and spatial AR.
Mechanical products and assemblies rigged for real-time web engines. We convert complex constraint hierarchies into clean, optimized bone rigs and baked animation tracks that run at 60 FPS in Three.js, WebGL, and Apple Vision Pro spatial USDZ.
$500 to test · $3,000 to rig · $6,000 to build from blueprints

N° 01Real-time pipeline
Bridging Blender constraints to web engines
Complex Blender constraints (Damped Track, Transformation drivers, inverse kinematics) do not export natively to WebGL. We translate mechanical movement into optimized skeletal hierarchies and kinematic animation clips that execute seamlessly in Three.js, Babylon.js, and web configurators.
Each part is UV-mapped and material-optimized for fast web load times without compromising mechanical fidelity.
01
Optimized bone structures
Kinematic chains baked into clean joint hierarchies that WebGL and game engines evaluate at 60 frames per second.
02
Lightweight polygon budgets
Retopologized for web performance, preserving surface reflections with baked normal maps and PBR materials.
03
Dual glTF and USDZ delivery
Delivered as glTF/GLB for web browsers and USDZ with spatial schemas for Apple iOS QuickLook and Apple Vision Pro.
N° 02Interactive utility
Product configurators and interactive demos
Enable customers, engineers, or investors to trigger exploded views, open panels, and inspect moving assemblies in real time directly in their web browser or in augmented reality.
N° 03Investment
What it costs
Rig test
$500
One assembly rigged on a model you supply — a suspension corner, a door, a mechanism — returned in your own file.
- One assembly of your choosing, rigged
- Controls, limits and constraints as in the full job
- A written assessment of whether the rest is riggable
- Your own file back, not a copy
- About a week
Rigging only
$3,000
You supply the model. We rig it: controls, constraints, working mechanism.
- Full mechanical rig
- Controls for wheels, steering, doors and panels
- Suspension and internal moving parts
- Control scheme documented
- About one month from a usable model
Modelled and rigged
$6,000
Built from manufacturer blueprints, then rigged. The internals are modelled as components — which is where both the accuracy and the timeline come from.
- Modelled from manufacturer blueprints
- Internal components built, not implied
- Full mechanical rig on top
- Control scheme documented
- Six to twelve months, depending on the subject
N° 04Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What formats do you deliver for web?
- We deliver both glTF 2.0 / GLB (standard for Three.js, Babylon.js, WebGL) and USDZ (for Apple iOS QuickLook and Apple Vision Pro), alongside the master .blend file.
- Will it run smoothly on mobile devices?
- Yes. We optimize mesh density, combine draw calls, and keep bone counts tight so the asset maintains 60 FPS on modern smartphones and web browsers.

Tell us about your web 3D project.
Send your 3D asset or CAD drawings and tell us which web platform or configurator you are targeting. We will provide a fixed quote.
Both full figures are per vehicle. The gap between a month and a year is the difference between rigging something that exists and building it from drawings first. Send what you have and we will tell you which one you are asking for.
The vehicles shown are demonstration builds made in-house to show the craft — not client commissions. Each was modelled and rigged from manufacturer blueprints.
