Terms of Service

1. Digital goods

Upon payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the purchased card design for personal or commercial gifting purposes. The design files remain the intellectual property of DesignKompanie.

2. No refunds after download

Because card designs are digital files that can be reproduced instantly, we do not offer refunds once your download has been accessed. Refunds are issued at our discretion for generation failures on our side. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to generate content that is offensive, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law. AI-generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Uploaded photos

By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. We use your photo solely to generate the card design and do not share it with third parties other than our AI processing partner (FAL AI). Photos are automatically deleted after 30 days.

5. Limitation of liability

DesignKompanie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
