A studio service

What managing a campaign actually means, week by week.

'Campaign management' is the vaguest phrase in paid search. Every agency sells it; almost none say what happens on a Tuesday. This page does. It is the cadence we run for every account, what the API does on its own, what a person decides, and what you receive at the end of each week, month and quarter.

N° 01The cadence

Weekly, monthly, quarterly.

Every week the search-term report is pulled through the API for every campaign, classified, and the waste pushed back as negatives. Every week the account is checked for disapprovals, budget-limited campaigns, and conversion-tracking gaps. That is the part that most accounts skip and the part that saves the most money.

Every month the copy tests are evaluated with the minimum-sample rules, losers paused, winners cloned, the next angle queued; budgets move between campaigns toward the lowest cost per lead; the report is written and the call happens. Every quarter the structure itself is reviewed: what should be split, merged, retired, or added.

01

Weekly · negatives

Search terms with clicks and no conversions, off-intent terms, competitor names you do not want, job seekers. Classified and pushed as phrase negatives at the right level.

02

Weekly · health check

Disapproved ads, limited-by-budget campaigns, broken final URLs, tracking that stopped firing. Fixed the same day or flagged to you.

03

Monthly · copy tests

Two or three ads per ad group under even rotation, evaluated only past the sample floor, decisions written to the log.

04

Monthly · budgets and bids

Budget moved toward the campaigns with the lowest cost per lead; bid ceilings and target CPAs adjusted with the data, not the calendar.

05

Monthly · report and call

Spend, leads, cost per lead by campaign, what tests won, what changed and why, what we recommend next. A Looker Studio report you own, and a call.

06

Quarterly · structure

Which ad groups deserve their own campaign, which campaigns should merge, which keywords have never converted and should go, what new entity or offer needs building.

N° 02Automated vs decided

The API does the pulling. A person does the deciding.

Pulling search terms, pausing losers, cloning winners, pushing negatives, building new ad groups from the sheet: scripted, logged, repeatable. Which term is actually off-intent, whether a losing ad lost because of the angle or the landing page, whether a budget move is wise the month before your busy season: a person, reading the numbers.

Every change, scripted or not, lands in a log with a timestamp and a reason. You can ask why anything in the account is the way it is and get an answer with a date on it.

Investment

Clear scope. Clear price.

Flat management fees, quoted against account size — never a share of spend. Media is billed by the platform to your own card, so the number you see is the whole number.

How every package works

  1. One package covers one business and one ad account per network. A second brand or a second account is a second package.
  2. Ad spend is never inside the fee. Google and Microsoft bill your card directly; you can see it in your own billing at any time.
  3. The caps on each card are the scope. Going past a cap (more campaigns, ad groups, hours) is priced on the card or quoted before we do it; it is never silently absorbed.
  4. Structure-change hours cover requests you send us: new offers, new locations, budget shifts, pauses. The weekly and monthly cadence does not count against them.
  5. Response time is for replies and pauses. Audits and new builds run on the delivery times shown.
  6. Month-to-month, 30 days' written notice either way.
  7. You own the account, the data, and everything we build in it. We hold manager access and remove it on the last day.
  8. We do not answer your phones, book appointments, run social media, or write blog content.
  9. Nothing here guarantees a number of leads or a cost per lead. What we guarantee is the cadence on this page, on the schedule on the card.
  10. Anything not written on the card is not in the package. If you are unsure whether something is included, ask before you buy; the answer is the same afterwards.

Questions

The answers we give most often.

How is this different from your Google Ads management page?
It is the same service, described from the other side. That page says what you get; this one says what we do each week to deliver it. Same fees, same caps. Pick whichever page answered your question.
What does 'API-run' change about campaign management?
The pulling and pushing is scripted: search terms come out and negatives go back in every week without anyone forgetting; tests are evaluated by rule; every change is logged. It does not replace the person deciding what the numbers mean; it makes sure the numbers are in front of them every week.
Can we see the change log?
Yes. It is a file per client with a timestamp, the change, and the reason, and it is summarised in the monthly report. You can also see every change in the platform's own change history, because the API writes to the same account.
Do you manage Shopping or Performance Max?
Not in this line. Search is what the cadence is built for. Ecommerce accounts with Shopping and Performance Max have their own page and their own fees.

Next step

Get the cadence, not the vague promise.

Send us read-only access or a screenshot of the last 90 days and we'll reply within two business days with what the first weekly pass would have found, and a flat quote.
