A studio service
Apartment and listing brochure design for communities, single homes and the agents who sell them.
Three brochures do most of the work in residential property: the apartment community brochure a leasing office hands out, the listing brochure left at an open house, and the agent brochure that introduces you to a seller. We design all three so the photographs carry the page, the facts are easy to find, and the file is ready for your printer.

N° 01Three kinds of brochure
Each has a different reader.
01
Apartment community brochure
For leasing offices: floor plans by unit type, amenities, location and how to apply. Built so rents can be updated without a redesign.
02
Listing brochure
For a single home: the photographs, key facts, floor plan and the agent's details, sized for an open house and for the post.
03
Realtor brochure
About the agent or team: who you are, what you have sold and how you work, to leave with a prospective seller.
N° 02What makes one work
Photographs lead, facts follow.
01
The cover shows the whole building
Cropping a home to fit a narrow panel is the commonest mistake. We size the cover around the photograph.
02
Facts in one place
Bedrooms, bathrooms, size, price or rent and availability in a single panel, not scattered through the copy.
03
Folds that work
Panels are sized so the brochure folds flat and reads in the right order. A layout that ignores the fold prints well and folds badly.
