A studio service
Commercial real estate brochure design for space that has to be leased or sold.
A commercial brochure is read by a tenant representative or an investor with a short list and little time. They look for the facts: size, specification, availability, location and price. We design leasing and sale brochures and commercial proposals that put those facts first, with floor plans and location maps drawn clearly and a layout your team can reuse for the next property.

N° 01What a commercial brochure needs
Facts first, in the order they are checked.
01
The headline facts
Address, size, use, availability and guide price or rent, visible without turning a page.
02
Specification
Floor loading, eaves height, power, parking, fit-out: the details that decide whether the space is viable.
03
Plans and location
Floor plans and a location map with transport links, placed large enough to read.
04
Terms and contact
Lease or sale terms, viewing arrangements and the agent's direct contact details.
N° 02Brochure or proposal
Two documents, one design.
01
The brochure markets the property
It goes to tenants, buyers and their advisers, in print and as a PDF.
02
The proposal wins the instruction
It goes to the owner: your record, your marketing plan and your fee. The brokerage template covers both.
03
Investment sales
For an income-producing asset with a rent roll and pro forma, see offering memorandum design.

N° 04Questions
The answers we give most often.
- What should a commercial real estate brochure include?
- The address, size and use; specification; availability; floor plans; location and transport; photographs; lease or sale terms; and the agent's contact details.
- How much does it cost?
- From $340 for one property, from $590 for a property kit and from $1,200 for a brokerage template. Photography, floor plan drawing and printing are not included.
- Do you design commercial real estate proposals?
- Yes. The brokerage template includes a proposal layout for pitching owners, in the same design as the brochure.
- Do you draw floor plans and maps?
- We place and tidy the plans and maps you supply. Drawing plans from scratch and licensed mapping are quoted separately.
- Can we edit the template ourselves?
- Yes. You receive InDesign files and a Word or PowerPoint version for team members without design software.
- What about an offering memorandum for an investment sale?
- That is a longer document with financials. It has its own packages on the offering memorandum design page.
