Plan first, pages after.

1. Page plan
We agree the structure, the sections, dated or undated, orientation and the apps your users have, then map every page and link.

2. Sample spreads
Two or three finished layouts in the agreed look, so you approve the style, the type size and the writing space before the rest is built.

3. Full build
Every page produced to the plan, dates generated and checked where the planner is dated, then one consolidated round of changes.

4. Files
Cover, print-ready PDFs set to your printer's template, editable source files and, where agreed, a hyperlinked digital edition.

Page and layout counts above are caps. More layouts, extra editions, extra revision rounds or a second language are quoted in writing before we start them.

- Which apps do the links work in?
- Apps that keep PDF links, including GoodNotes and Notability. We test the finished file in the apps we agree in the plan.
- Can you add links to our existing planner?
- Often, yes, if you have the source files. We quote after seeing them.
