A wipe-clean book is an activity book with a coated or laminated surface, so a child can trace, draw, solve and wipe it away. The design has to work for a marker on a glossy page and survive a hundred repeats. We design the pages and prepare the files for the printer who applies the finish.

The finish is a print decision.
Wipe-clean is a surface the printer applies, so the printer is chosen before the artwork is finished.

No print-on-demand route
Amazon KDP and similar services print on standard paper. Laminated and coated pages come from a printer who offers that finish, usually with a minimum order.

Fine detail under a marker
A dry-erase tip is wide. Working areas are drawn large and uncluttered so the child's marks sit where they belong.

Colours that fight the marker
Backgrounds are kept light where a child writes, so black and blue marker stays visible and dark areas do not hide a mistake.

Safety and durability
Lamination thickness, rounded corners and marker toxicity are decided with your printer and tested by them or a lab for your market.

The answers we give most often.
- Can a wipe-clean book be printed through Amazon KDP?
- No. The wipe-clean surface is a lamination or coating applied by the printer, which print-on-demand services do not offer. We prepare the files to the template of a printer who does.
- What is the difference between wipe-clean, write-and-wipe and dry-erase?
- They describe the same idea: a coated page that a dry-erase marker wipes off. Printers differ in how they achieve it, by laminating each page or by a gloss coating, and we design to whichever your printer uses.
- What age are wipe-clean books for?
- Most are made for ages two to six, where repetition is the point. The age band is agreed in the page plan and sets the line weight and the difficulty.
- Can my existing activity book be made wipe-clean?
- Often, yes. Pages are re-laid for a marker, with bigger working areas and lighter backgrounds, and re-set to the new printer's template.
- Do I own the pages?
- Yes, with full commercial rights and the editable files.
