Most software agencies separate design from engineering. We don't. Every product we build starts from a design brief, not a sprint board — which means UI decisions are made before a line of code is written, not retrofitted after.
We use AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as a genuine force multiplier: tighter iteration loops, faster prototype-to-production cycles, and higher code quality per hour billed. You get a senior-calibre outcome without a senior-calibre headcount.

Three product categories, one studio
SaaS: multi-tenant web applications, subscription infrastructure, growth loops, and the admin tooling that keeps operators sane.
Mobile: iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) native apps, plus React Native for cross-platform where the brief allows. Designed for touch from the first wireframe.
Custom web: React/Next.js frontends backed by Node.js or Python APIs, Supabase or PostgreSQL data layers, and whatever third-party integrations your vertical demands.

Discovery
One to two weeks. We audit your brief, define scope, agree on acceptance criteria, and lock the fixed price. No discovery retainer — this is baked into the project fee.

Design
One to three weeks depending on scope. Wireframes, component library, high-fidelity screens. You approve before a line of production code is written.

Build
The longest phase. Weekly demos, async Slack updates, and a staging environment you can access at any time. No surprises at handoff.

Launch
Deployment, App Store submission, or infrastructure handover — whichever applies. Includes a 30-day warranty period for defect fixes at no charge.

We disclose AI usage in every project. If you need a fully human-written codebase for compliance reasons, we can scope that too — it will cost more and take longer.

- What does a fixed-scope project actually mean?
- We define the deliverables, acceptance criteria, and price before the first line of code is written. If scope changes, we issue a change order with a price before the work begins. You never receive an invoice larger than the one you approved.
- How long does a typical project take?
- MVP engagements run eight to twelve weeks. Full v1 products (design system, core feature set, admin, integrations) run twelve to twenty weeks. Enterprise and regulated-industry projects add two to four weeks for compliance review.
- Who actually does the work?
- A small, senior team focused on your project. We don't staff projects with juniors and a senior reviewer — the people on the proposal are the people writing the code.
- Do you use AI in the build?
- Yes, and we're transparent about it. AI tooling compresses timelines and improves review coverage. Every line of production code is reviewed and owned by a human engineer. If your compliance requirements prohibit AI-assisted development, we can discuss a fully manual scope.
- Can you work with our existing codebase?
- Yes. We offer extension engagements alongside greenfield builds. We'll audit the existing codebase in discovery and give you an honest assessment of what's extensible and what should be replaced.
- Do you handle App Store submission?
- For mobile projects, yes — App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) submission is included in the launch phase. We manage screenshots, metadata, and review responses.
- What happens after launch?
- The 30-day warranty covers defect fixes at no charge. After that, we offer a monthly retainer for ongoing development, or you can take the codebase to any team — there is no lock-in.
- What is the minimum project size?
- Our minimum engagement is $24,000, which covers a focused MVP: core user flow, one integration, and App Store or web deployment. Smaller proof-of-concept builds are available as consulting engagements.
- Are you based in Basel? Can we meet in person?
- The studio is based in Basel, Switzerland. We work with clients in the US, UK, and DACH region. Most projects run fully remote; we're happy to meet in Basel for larger engagements.
