A studio service
Ecommerce ads that report profit by product, not clicks.
In ecommerce the feed is the campaign. Product titles carry most of what Shopping and Performance Max match on, and a store with a lazy feed is bidding blind. We work the feed first, run Shopping and Performance Max with their own budgets so one cannot hide behind the other, keep brand and non-brand search apart, and report return on ad spend by product group with margin, not just revenue.

N° 01Where the money is
Feed first. Then campaigns.
Shopping clicks cost about 70 cents against $1.40 for search, and Shopping's return on ad spend has held around five times while Performance Max's efficiency fell through early 2026 as its costs doubled. The lever most stores never touch is the feed: titles that lead with what people search, correct product types, prices and availability that are actually in sync.
So the work starts in Merchant Center. Then Shopping and Performance Max run as separate campaigns with separate budgets and separate reporting, because a Performance Max campaign that is allowed to spend on brand search will always look better than it is. Non-brand search gets its own campaigns for the category and problem terms that Shopping cannot answer.
01
Feed optimisation
Titles rewritten to search patterns, product types and Google categories corrected, custom labels for margin and seasonality, supplemental feeds for what the platform cannot generate. Pushed through the Content API.
02
Shopping, structured
Campaigns by product group and margin label, priorities set so brand and generic queries land where they should, bids by return on ad spend target.
03
Performance Max, contained
Its own budget, brand terms excluded, asset groups per category, judged on incremental revenue against Shopping, not on its own dashboard.
04
Search, split
Brand search cheap and defended; non-brand search for category, problem, and comparison terms with copy tests in every ad group.
05
Microsoft Shopping
Feed imported to Microsoft Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns mirrored, for the older desktop shopper at a lower cost per click.
06
ROAS with margin
Revenue is not profit. Custom labels carry margin bands so the report shows return on ad spend and contribution by product group, and budgets move on that.
Investment
Clear scope. Clear price.
Flat management fees, quoted against account size — never a share of spend. Media is billed by the platform to your own card, so the number you see is the whole number.

How every package works
- One package covers one store and one ad account per network. A second store or a second account is a second package.
- Ad spend is never inside the fee. Google and Microsoft bill your card directly; you can see it in your own billing at any time.
- The caps on each card are the scope. Going past a cap (more products, product groups, markets, hours) is priced on the card or quoted before we do it; it is never silently absorbed.
- Feed work needs Merchant Center and store access. Without a clean feed the Shopping numbers on any report are not ours to defend.
- Structure-change hours cover requests you send us: promotions, new lines, budget shifts, pauses. The weekly cadence does not count against them.
- Month-to-month, 30 days' written notice either way. No setup fee is refunded once the build is delivered.
- You own the account, the feed, the data, and everything we build in it.
- We do not run Meta, TikTok, Amazon, email, or the store itself.
- Nothing here guarantees revenue or a return on ad spend. What we guarantee is the work on the card, on the schedule on the card.
- Anything not written on the card is not in the package. If you are unsure whether something is included, ask before you buy; the answer is the same afterwards.
Questions
The answers we give most often.
- Shopping or Performance Max?
- Both, separately. Shopping is more stable and easier to read; Performance Max reaches placements Shopping cannot but will happily spend your brand budget and call it growth. We run them with separate budgets, brand excluded from PMax, and judge PMax on what it adds over Shopping.
- Why do you start with the feed?
- Because titles carry most of what the platforms match on. A store selling 'SKU-4471 Blue' will never appear for 'men's waterproof hiking jacket'. Fixing titles, types, and labels lifts every campaign at once and costs nothing in media.
- Can you report profit, not just revenue?
- With margin bands, yes. You give us margin by product group or a rule; we carry it as a custom label; the report shows contribution after ad spend by group. Budgets then move toward what earns, not what sells.
- Do you also build stores?
- Yes, as a separate line. If the checkout is the problem, no amount of ad management fixes it, and we will say so.
